I am considering moving from embedded Vimeo videos to embedded YouTube videos for our site. There are some tricks you can do to the embed code provided by YT to not show related videos on my own site. First, is there a way to have this as a default in Salient? Would seem to make sense.
The other is that embedded YT videos default to standard definition, which is quite frustrating since Vimeo tends to look fantastic and I can specify the resolution. Again, is there a simple way to, at the very least, have videos default to 720p?

For reference, I have added this to the end of my YT embeds to not show other related videos:
?hd=1&rel=0&autohide=1&showinfo=0
Still, would be nice to have this type of thing happen automatically and also figure out the HD default.
