    Hi Team,
    Is there an easy way to create a new post-type based on "Portfolio" with all same options in themes settings and page editor ?

    No we dont have any such instructions available . Please consider hiring a freelancer over at Envato Studio for these Theme customizations as they are not provided as Support.
