I have an issue with icons disappearing when placed inside tabs or toggle panel elements.
Icons are shown when a tab or toggle is first selected but disappear when another tab or toggle is selected - when you return to a tab/toggle, icons are no longer displayed.

I am afraid the svg js script is not getting initialized. You will have to use the other static icons if you wish to use it in toggles.
