I designed a site using Salient and am experiencing difficulty in the smooth flow of the pages using Safari in particular. Seems to be moving fine in Chrome and other browsers, but with Safari in general and more specifically, using Safari with my mouse orientated inverted (scroll up to move the page down/down to move up), the animations are very jumpy and it's not a great user experience.

Have you encountered this before and what can be done to rectify?

    Thanks

    Hi,

I\'ve tested your site on an average i5 pc and it\'s very laggy with any browser. Mostlikely due to the movies and amount of transitions. I would at least avoid multiple videos on 1 page.

You may have performance differences because some browsers render faster then others.

To this note, as far as image/item animations and transitions go, there are certain images that the client wants to animate and others that we do not want to animate. Your theme provides an animation option for the \'Single Image\' element, but no option for \'NO ANIMATION\'.

Can we set the site\'s default animation to NONE and only animate the specific elements that are specified?
