    I would like the header height, logo position and menu position to remain the same when scrolling down. I do not want it to shrink in height and logo change in size, but everything remain the same as the startup screen.

    How can I do this?

    Hey ,

    You can turn off the Header Resize option in Salient Theme Options Panel .
