I am dealing with a HTTP error when i try to upload images to the library. After a lot of research i found that it is a problem with the Salient Visual Composer. When I desactivate the plugin i am able to upload images.
I thought that maybe it was another plugin that it was the problem, so i made a clean installation (new folder, new database) and the problem appears anyway when I activate the VC.
Also when I save a page change, sometimes VC goes crazy and I am not able to see the VC tools on the page anymore.

I figurated that when I choose a different theme, I am able to upload any image.

Its possible your server is running out of memory: http://codex.wordpress.org/Common_WordPress_Errors#Allowed_memory_size_exhausted
.Also try adding the following line to my wp-config.php;
define(\'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS\', false);
