We're having an issue with lightboxes playing Vimeo videos using Safari on a mobile device. An image is attached showing what we see. This page, http://lifebridge.tv/sermons/, is where we post all of the sermons. It's our Salient portfolio page and each sermon is a portfolio item.
I'm using latest WP, Salient and Salient Visual Composer. I'm using Parent theme and I've disable all 3rd party plugins. I'm still having the issue of Vimeo videos not playing on iPhone until I rotate and rotate back. The videos on iPad are also not working properly.
I see the lightbox videos are working on Theme Nectar's website. What is the difference between that and mine. What version can I go back to where they work? This is a big problem for me.
I see the original poster's issue is also not resolved from a year ago.
Apologies for the incovenience this maybe causing you but the developers are still looking into this.
Meanwhile could you instead try and use the video player in a four column row on that page. The video player seem to load correctly and is working now.
Add it to a test page for now. Make sure your are in classic mode and not in the page builder. This will bring you to the default wordpress page editor. Then make sure you are in text mode and not visual mode.

I have not been able to recreate the issue on my local setup when testing on an iPhone 5/6, however just to rule one more thing out with your setup could you kindly try changing your lightbox scrip from Prettyphoto to Magnific in the Salient options panel > Functionality > Theme Lightbox

The code will look something like this:

Hope this is a workable alternative for now.
