Visual Composer bugs and other stuff

Hello! Thanks for your help before - I ended up just sticking with the default fonts. The site is coming together, just figuring out some last things. Can you help with this?

    1. Visual Composer is acting funny and not showing elements (like the Nectar Slider) as a Nectar Slider. It appears as a text block (see attached image). The Portfolio and Testimonial sections are also showing as Text Blocks with shortcode. -- Which means I don't know how to access the options available in those elements.
    2. I want a button on the top Nectar Slider to function like this code from Tilt/Open, but look like Nectar Slider buttons:
      1. <button data-ct-checkout="ctrlconsole.the-ipad-lighroom-sorter--2">Preorder Now</button>
      2. If I place the above code in a Text Block, it shows up as a unstylized button. How do I get the data-cf-checkout functionality into the visual of the Nectar Slider buttons?
      3. I would also like to have this function in the global call-to-action. Where do I go make that happen?
    3. Preview Image not showing in Chrome or Safari Desktop. I've uploaded a preview image into the Nectar Slider that works and looks great on mobile, but when I load the page on desktop, I see a empty black box until the video is able to load. And while the video is loading, it sometimes pauses in weird spots. Should I see the preview image immediately, and then video plays when it's loaded? Not sure what I'm doing wrong here.
    4. Testimonial Slider quotes center vertically. I've sent the height of the testimonial box to remain static so as not to have the bottom of the page constantly shifting. If I view the page on mobile, the words remain at the top. Column settings is set to "Centered Content Alignment," but doesn't seem to affect it.
    5. Remove overlay Title and Date from Portfolio (Features on the site). I would like to remove the overlayed text as well as the mouse-based parallax (and keep the zoom) from the Portfolio. How do I got about doing that? I believe the mouse parallax was in the Portfolio settings, but since visual composer is acting funny, I don't have access.
      1. Also, is there a way to choose the order as which they're displayed? I would like to specify the order.

That's all I've got! With all that, the site will be complete (of which I'm super excited about). Salient has been great making something beautiful and polished as my first Wordpress site. Best,

    Jeff

Scratch #5 off the list. Saw in a discussion that I could remove the date from Salient settings. Also just changed the date/time to change the order of the portfolio items - good enough.

The Visual Composer bug is still annoying, but I found that if I create a new element, and then recreate the settings, it shows up as it should and not a simple Text Block. Seems to only stay that way for a little while before reverting back to being a text block with shortcodes.

#2 and #3 are the most important things I need to solve before I can push this page live on Monday.

    Best,

    Jeff

Made some progress with the Tilt/Open data attribute.

Placing \"<a class=\"extra-color-1\" href=\"#\" data-ct-checkout=\"ctrlconsole.lightroom-sorter\">Save 40% off now\" into the \"Button Text\" field of the Nectar Slider results in a button that *usually* opens up the pre-sale overlay. Down side is that it adds a second empty button with this showing in the source of the site (see attachment):

    <a class=\"extra-color-1\" href=\"#\"><a class=\"extra-color-1\" href=\"#\" data-ct-checkout=\"ctrlconsole.lightroom-sorter\">Save 40% off now</a>

It also is only working intermittently in Chrome - not good when this is the primary action I want the user to take. I can link directly to the purchase site, but it isn\'t as seamless, though more reliable. https://ctrlconsole.tilt.com/lightroom-sorter/checkout/payment

Thoughts on making the button look and work correctly?

And finally, still seeing the grey slanted line \"image preview\" before the video loads, despite having a preview image that works on mobile and tablets just fine. For people on desktop with slow connections, they might think the site is broken and never see the video (or preview image).

    Thanks for the help!
