When I create portfolios and add a bunch of content into the VISUAL composer... as soon as I hit the update button, everything I just added into the visual composer is gone. BUT the content IS THERE on the actual website, but not in the visual composer. ( www.lucysmagazine.com )
So I can't edit anything anymore, because it is gone.
I have gone through all steps and my problem still persists. I am not an expert with WP but I am trying my best here.
I forgot to mention something - all the portfolios I created before I did the theme update, are still working fine. Just the portfolios I have been creating since the Theme Update ... those disappear from my dashboard while still appearing on the actual website. So I guess the theme update did something to my dashboard?
Any thoughts on what I can do to fix this?
(for example this link - you can see the photos + text on the website, but in my dashboard, they are gone. I don\'t see them at all so I can\'t update/edit- http://lucysmagazine.com/portfolio/concrete-peach/ )

So sorry, this is driving me nuts as well, not sure what I am doing wrong.
Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
Not really sure whats causing this but have found a workaround. After you update press this button : http://prntscr.com/91j2yb and then again to Page Builder and it will show the content you just added.

Try adding the following line to my wp-config.php;
define(\'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS\', false);
Also i noticed you using Godaddy. We have had some other users report similar issues with VC .

I went under Appearance - editor and added that code at the bottom of that big code area. I don\'t see WP-CONFIG-PHP anywhere.
