there is something I generally don't understand. I risk to out as a complete amateur (which I am) but I really want to understand why my blog looks so "standard" as compared to your amazing demos.
you just need to import the demo theme options as well. You can find them located in the demo-theme-options.txt file inside of the agency dummy data file. To import, simply copy and paste the contents from that file into the import/export section of the Salient options panel
See url : https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/3228/ .
There\'s a dummy data file included with the theme which you can import to get all of the demo layouts. I also have a tutorial that will walk you through the steps of importing it and getting started :)

Hi there,

I would think I'm using all the settings available in salient and the visual composer, still I wouldn't know how to do this for exemple : http://themenectar.com/demo/salient-blog/mauris-pharetra-interdum-lorem-2/
Is it that there was a webdeveloper working on the code ? Or is there any way to get this without touching css ?

And simply nothing changed at all.
I saved settings again, eventhough it saved them automatically. but nothing.
What can I do ?
I think it worked kind of. Will come back with small questions to adapt the layout. But first :
Now I have another question: If I have to move the site, what\'s the best way not to lose the settings I\'m doing now.
It would be really nice if you could tell me, because in the past I moved it twice and lost many things on the way ;)
Hey Again,
Please use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ .
Best.
