I would like to know, hows possible to make a simple onmouseover Image Exchange, onmouseout Image Restore - within the visual builder. Shortcodes none. There is the possibility to define an extra css Class in the "insert picture" - dialog, but even if I could manage it via CSS extraclass:hover I cant change a certain Image.

No we dont have any such snippet available . You will likely have to use Third party plugins .
