I'm coming from the legacy Salient Theme and the theme skins available are Original and Ascend. I've upgraded the theme to 6.1.7 and have been trying to use the box roll function, however it's not showing up as an option. Is there something I'm missing to get this to be an option?
Thanks Tahir! I\'m assuming that when I click on HTML5 Canvas Background that the option \"Scroll Effect\" should appear, correct? That\'s where I\'m stuck. When I click it, I don\'t get anymore options to appear. Although when I click \"Video Background\", I get options for the different types of videos to use.
Thats weird. Please update to Theme version 6.1.71 and check for Plugin conflicts.
You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks Tahir. Updated to 6.1.72 and checked for plugin conflicts. I\'m running WP 4.4. What I found is that when I upload an image, then it gives me the option for parallax or box roll. If I don\'t upload an image, then it won\'t bring up those options. Is that how it\'s supposed to be?
