I have been working on a website and everything was going good until today. When I try to preview any changes I was making, the preloader will just stay on the screen and I can't see any of the content besides the header and footer. I can see the scroll bar moving, but nothing else.
I gave up and reinstalled/updated WordPress AND the updated theme and everything was woking fine until just a minute ago. The same issue! This is happening in Chrome and Safari on both of my computers and phones.
If you have Page Transitions Turned On Please Switch the Animated Transition Method to \"Standard\" in Salient Theme Options -> Page Transition Section.

See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/9gqhis . You seem to have added ## symbols in a parallax section . Most likely a Row id . Please remove it.
