    HI Guys

I have updated today to the latest version and have noticed that the nectar slider is not loading. Any ideas on how I can make the images load etc. The spinning disc showing it loading just keeps going round and round.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    same here

seems as the nectar sliders loads but it loads a black screen first...yours somehow get stuck meanwhile my slides turn up after 5 seconds... don\'t know why that black slide turns up... It shouldn\'t be there...

I have Wordpress 4.4.1 and latest Salient version 6.1.72 .

I\'ve tried different browsers, seems as if the nectar slider works perfectly with Firefox and Google Chrome, Edge and Explorer but Safari gives the weird black screen/slide...

This seems to be a browser-problem...

The bad thing about this is that all iPhones and all iPads uses safari as browser so this problem needs to be fixed...

Gary, have you installed/updated the latest js_composer_salient (Salient visual composer) ?
You can find it in your salient.zip download
    in salient>plugins>js_composer_salient.zip

    I\'ve got Version 4.7.4 running,

give it a try, install it either by going into your admin panel and \"add plugin\" or via ftp. It won\'t solve the black slide problem but perhaps your slide will start loading.

    /best regards Andrei

    Hi,

I\'m having the same issue after updating to 7.0. My Nectar slider only loads the text, not the background image (see screenshot). Also my portfolio and blog pages are \"invisible\". On my Portfolio page (masonry style), the individual portfolio items are invisible but you can still click on the areas where they were and still get to each page. Same with my Blog page. Nothing appears below the header where the blog should be, but the areas where the links are still appear to be active.

    HI Guys

Thanks for all the help. It looks like updating to the recent version sorted the problems. I was certain it was upto date.

No worries everything is sorted now. Great stuff

    Hi there,

Same/similar Nectar Slider issue here I\'m afraid.

BUG: Nectar slider fails to load/appear correctly in IE 11.

    - IE 11 (v11.0.96) ONLY - no bug in Chrome/FF
    - Running Salient v7.0.1 + VC 4.7.4

Loading the page results in the Nectar Slider showing only the loader/transition element and no slide(s) appear.

Inspecting the DOMS reveals that the slides/images ARE loading in, but seems they are being hidden behind by loader/transition layers.

The slider does not function correctly with either \'fade with loader icon\' or \'center mask reveal\' params. It also does not function if I disable \'Animated Page Transitions\'.

In all cases it just stays on the loading part of the slider.

Turning off some CSS background-color properties of loading layers reveals that the slider DOES exist, but is stuck on the last slide in the array and is not functioning properly.

The bug may be connected to the \'Loop Slider\' param of the Nectar Slider - if looping is DISABLED the slider works in IE11.

My site is currently on localhost so can\'t provide link right now unfortunately, but hope this is enough for you to recreat/test.

If anyone else can confirm same issue and/or a workaround (other than disabling looping) please share.

Can you please look into this and let me know solution?

    Many thanks

Updating to latest Salient v7.0.1 worked for me.

I know we customers are fast when it comes to complaining when it doesn\'t work, so I\'m glad to say I just bought another Salient for an upcoming project :). I\'ve bought 5 copies now ;)

    Keep up the good work!

    /best regards Andrei

What Lalth Bahrani said is exactly what I\'m experiencing after updating the theme and VC today. In IE the loading screen (grey with horizontal lines) won\'t go away. Everything seems to be updated.

    Hey John,

Please turn off the Loop Slider options :

    Hi Tahir,

Could you let us know if there is a more holistic fix planned for this issue other than disabling loop? This IE11 (bleh!) bug is cropping up quite a lot at present:

    https://themenectar.ticksy.com/ticket/630635

    https://themenectar.ticksy.com/ticket/634023

I think I speak for at least 3 of us when I say we\'d like to be able to loop our big juicy fullscreen sliders so people can go \'ooo what pretty pictures you have\' over and over and over...

I think I also speak for at least 3 of us when I also say we love this theme.

One last thing; I also noticed in the changelog

    Verison 3.0
    - Fixed Nectar Slider loading issue in IE11 when using the loop option

...should I revert to 3.0 \'till this is sorted? ;p

    Thanks,
