I am receiving this error when trying to reinstall and activate the Salient Visual Composer:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Vc_Manager in D:\Hosting\11932292\html\wp-content\plugins\js_composer_salient\js_composer.php on line 35

I am able to install the plugin, but not activate it. I would appreciate any help in fixing this issue. Thank you!
