I am using the Blog element with a sidebar and have infinite scroll enabled with 20 blogs per page. The problem is since 7.0.1 when you scroll down and get to the end of the 20 blogs posts it repeats and loads the most recent blog posts so it's just a big loop and doesn't load the correct previous posts.

Its a Core WP Bug: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/35344#comment:34 . You can apply the changes yourself or wait for the next WP Update :) .
