I am having a similar issue that persisted even after turning off each plugin one by one and making sure theme and visual composer up to date. The problem is any new blog post using the lightbox feature (href code) doesn\'t show up when published. All older blog posts using the same code (href) show up fine.
Replacing double quotes with single quote didn\'t work but I did find the root cause. When using Wordpress \"add media\" function versus manually coding images, Wordpress adds extra code that causes the image to not show up. It added: rel=\"attachment wp-att-6918\" to my image when linking to media file. Hope that makes sense how I explained it. So before I was used to using Wordpress to add images automatically no problem and everything worked, but now there is an unneeded rel attribute that I have to now go in and manually remove. If this makes sense to you this is the cause, any workarounds to this manual step you can provide would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hey ,
