You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Nope, I answered my own question. It\'s called the EXIF Orientation Tag that\'s created when the initial photo is taken. It has to with the movie device the image was taken on. IF the camera is upside down, even if it shows right-side-up in an image viewer on the computer of the media folder in wordpress, when it\'s viewed via Google Chrome Web browser, the browser looks for the Orientation tag.
