After great effort I finally got the OGV video for FF working. It turns out my original MP4 had audio and the resulting OGV had the audio also. Once I took the audio out it worked fine.
However now in FF on Win7 I'm getting some pixelation behind the text. It looks like this might be due to a hardware acceleration option in FF. My friends see it fine on a Mac.
Here's a screen capture of what I'm seeing. Do you have any input on this ?

I'm serving the vides from AWS and using the correct header types.
Video.online-convert.com to was used to convert the files.
This issue seems unique to OGV video.
