You need to set the Retina Logo as well in Salient Theme Options Panel as that is use for Retina Mobile Screens . See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/a066gd .

I cleared all cache with W3 Total Cache plugin. No changes. I even loose my logo on desktop: http://prntscr.com/aep9i5 (small screen of left top header section). It is strange because I loose the logo only in white bg section. All the others are OK.
