I purchased the Salient theme and after upgrading a few times, I realized that I cannot select or deselect the Social Media icons in the Page Header tab of the Salient theme anymore. The check buttons are no longer there.
The previous version of the theme had the same issue, we realized recently and hoped that the new version would fix it. However, we don't know when did the problem start. After updating the theme, the issue persisted.
In order to update the theme, we deleted the salient folder and pasted the new one.
Anyway, we followed all the steps in the troubleshooting guide you provided but it didn't work either.
Hey , Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url. Best.

I forgot to add that today I downloaded the latest version from the website. Wordpress is showing the version 7.0.7.
However, the problem persists.

Try doing a Force Refresh in the Admin pages to reload the cache.
Depending on your operating system all you need to do is the following key combination:
Windows: ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F5
