When I try to add social buttons to my page, the only thing that shows up in the salient social button box are facebook/twitter/pinterest/nectar love without the flickr and instagram buttons. Even though I saved the links to instagram and flickr in the attached image you will see that there s no option to click those 2 so that they will appear on page.

Yes thats correct. The Social Share Buttons share the page where as the links in Theme Option are to for the icons in the Header and Footer to be used to the Social Network page.
