    Hello !
    - After updating to the last version, I still had my extra-content box when enabling the "Full Width Portfolio Item Layout" where are my galleries and basically all my portfolios contents. Then it disappeared from the admin panel but is still visible on the portfolio pages as you can check. I think I triggered the "Custom Content Grid Item" just to see what it did, then disabled it, and now the "Full Width Content" box is gone. How could I have it back ?  I uploaded again the theme it did nothing.

    - Also, if i may ask in the same ticket, the default gallery settings doesn't allow me to chose a thumbnail size and the current layout (small thumbnails lost in the page) is quite unfortunate. My old plugin Photomosaic is better set but seems to be buggy with the new version and has lost its ability to switch from an image to the next with arrows navigation.
If you could help me get one of the 2 gallery layouts fixed that would be great.

    Thank you.

    Hey Again,

Could you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Also allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.

    Best.

Hey ! The fact that I'm unable to install visual composer might be the problem.

    Unpacking the package…Installing the plugin…
    Destination folder already exists. /home/eoplug/www/site/wp-content/plugins/js_composer_salient/
    Plugin install failed.

I upgraded my php  to 5.6
I deleted the js_composer_salient.zip on the ftp and then uploaded the unzipped one, and then the zip again.
    Can't figure it out !
