    How do i Remove the background header so the video slide flush with the top?

    Also, Im used to being able to actively edit css, is there an area other than under editor to make css changes?

    Hey ,

    You can add it to the Custom Css box in Salient theme Options -> General Settings section. 

    As for the gap i can no longer see it.
