The theme was working great up until wordpress automatically updated my site to wordpress 4.5 and now when I go to select elements when building a page, it will not let me select the elements. Please help!

I see there is an update, How do I update my theme without losing the content that is currently on my site?

It has been released. Find it at Theme Forest under 'Downloads'. 

Here is how to update your theme. Always backup your site, but updating the theme should not have any effect on your content.

These steps did not work, originally it said that it could not be downloaded because it was already downloaded (which was the outdated version) and then when I tried to upload it kept telling me "it was only partially downloaded" see attachment for example. Please help!

I did follow those steps and when I would put it into wordpress to add new theme it would say it was only partially downloaded or that the file already existed.

So I was able to update the theme and get the latest version. I am still having my original issue which is I can not select elements when building a page. Please help!

Same here.  Theme updated and still cannot see the VC.....
