Hello, would really appreciate your help. I am designing a website for a client who wants to add an option to his front page just like this one (http://www.garthfisher.com/)
Please see attached screenshot so you know what I mean. It looks like a sub menu in the middle of the home page with some text that talks a little about each procedure. Help, please? I want to know how to do that. I am using the Salient theme.

I tried every single element in the salient visual composer and Im assuming I can use the tab option to create this but I can't manage to put the tabs under the image.

You can add tabs directly on the page on the page. Open the page builder, insert a new element and select "Tabs"

Hello @oscarluis, I did do that but I need the name of the tabs to be under each image and above the text (meaning in the middle) and that is what I can't accomplish.
