As of this morning (without having made any related changes yesterday) I am noticing that if i scroll to the top of the page and then scroll once more I am shown this page ( image attached) I have looked everywhere and I cannot determine where this function is located nor have i found any info online to change it. Sorry for the bajillion questions! I appreciate any info you might have :)

The Box Roll Header seems to be causing an issue. Please turn it off in Page Header Metabox and check if that fixes it.
