    I can not change the order of the photos in the gallery by dragging photos.

    I found this is a problem with a plug- robo gallery: https://wordpress.org/plugins/robo-gallery/

    When running this plug-in , there are problems with the display of the menu , as well as that the problem described above. 

    Where can I get Visual Composer?
