I installed the dummy data for Salient Corporate.  But I'd like to mimic the contact form from the contact us page on Salient classic.  The Salient Corporate contact form looks very different from the one on the classic Salient layout.  How can I accomplish keeping the dummy data for Salient Corporate but changing the contact form to look more like the one in use on Salient classic?
