I cannot give the option for any links on my site to open in a new tab.  For example I would like links to default open in the same tab, but give the option to hold command and click on a link to open in a new tab.  Is there a setting to select somewhere?

Hi,

This solution seems to make the default option to open in a new tab.  I'd like links to open in the same tab by default, but give the option to open in a new tab via browser shortcuts.  

In my browser if I hold control and click on a link, it will open in a new tab.  I tested it on the Salient theme emaple at http://action-camera.nl/.  If I hold control and click on a link on this website, it will open in a new tab.  

However if I go to https://alpinemaids.com/ and hold control and click on a link, it opens in the same tab.  I have tested on multiple computers and browsers.  It works just fine if I right click and choose open in a new tab, but control click won't work under any circumstances.  Does that make more sense?
