We have investigated the URL you have provided us with and tested the testimonial slider on mobile and desktop but did not experience any issues of elements disappearing.
May I ask you to provide us with some further information such as the browser, device and operating systems of these devices you were using when you experienced this issue?

Could you try adding in one more testimonial quote and check . Also try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

So my testimonials section is acting funny. Once I use/swipe it, they start disappearing and reappearing. Halp!
