     How do I get rid of the black text Accessories (1) etc?

    Hey John,

    Add this into the Custom CSS box located in your Salient Options panel (Make Sure there are no red cross in the Box) :

    .woocommerce ul.products li.product h3 {
    display: none !important;
}
