I am trying to have the grid images from the "Portfolio" grid item to link to the single page version of its self. I cannot seem to figure this out. Is this an option, and if so how can I do it?

Scroll down to the portfolio grid, if you click on "On the mountain" it opens a light box. I want this to actually open the link to the single page version of "on the mountain"
