Hi ,

i'd like to implement a one-page site starting from your dummy data.

After a fresh install of WP i imported the contents through the import demo-page of the salient panel but the outcome, except for the header section, is what you can see at the link . Afterwards i tried to import the dummy-data manually by following carefully your instructions but the result doesn't change so much. Indeed there's no problem in uploading theme-options.txt and after this in the frontend  the header is just like the demo but only in the header section! (as you can see at the link) . The problems come in uploading the contents.xml. The wordpress plugin can' t import the file!

I tried to do the same operations with dummy-data for other templates options like blog or agency but the result doesn't change.

ok i solved the problem...it was about Visual composer. it must be  activated to use the dummy data.

I'm having a similar problem. I imported the data and tags are not properly rendered: http://etiene.brazilsouth.cloudapp.azure.com/

I followed all the steps, the problem is that the tags [vc_column_text] and others are not rendered in the layout. Is remaining as text, as you can see in my http://etiene.brazilsouth.cloudapp.azure.com/ installation

Would you have any solution for this?

it seems that you have the same problem i had. I solved the problem installing the Visual composer plugin. I don't have a great expertise but i think that the code has been written for Visual Composer. Those [vc_ ....] suggested that to me and after i installed and activated Visual composer this is the result : http://provasitolegno.altervista.org/#home

Yes but i want to be honest and tell you that i'm not sure that it will solve your problem but in my case it has worked. My hosting provider Altervista, provides a free version of Visual Composer...you might take a look.
