I am using a plugin called Ultimate Member and the account page is not loading when trying to access it. I have searched google for the same problem and it seems that it is a known problem but I have yet not found a solution to resolve it. The plugin works flawlessly apart from the account page that displays the account info/change password/ etc. Can you help out? Thanking you in advance!
Could you please switch to the Twenty Sixteen Theme and check if the Login page works then ?. Also could you get in touch with the Plugin Developer as they might have any hints on the issue.
