We are trying to animate our own versions of .svg icons on the http://suntemcreativi.ro/desprenoi/ .
We can see that the provided 'file' icons are animated with a stroke, and work perfectly. We have tried uploading our own .svg icon, and wanted to somehow add an animation.
Is this supported by the salient theme?
If not, could you please tell me where in the salient source code is this operation performed? (animation of each svg icon) ?
I went ahead and animated 4 custom icons as .svg’s in Adobe’s ”Animate” (Formerly Flash) - how do I import the animations into the media library without it complaining about it’s in valid due to “security reasons”?
Any idea - or is that outside your realm of expertise? Thanks

Hey ,
Simply add them to this folder: http://prntscr.com/a203dq . "salient/css/fonts/svg" and add the svg name in the shortcode.
Best.

Hey there Tahir,
Wow, you are really fast in answering :D
I have tried to design my own .svg files in illustrator, and when I try to use my svg files, they are not coloured and animated by the theme :D
This can be seen here: http://suntemcreativi.ro/desprenoi/
Do you know why this could happen?
Hey Again,
You are likely not configuring the svg correctly. This article should help: https://codepen.io/asommer70/post/animated-svg-with-vivus .
