    how can i get my header( navigation bar) to get sticky to the top?

    Hey Again,

    Add this into the Custom CSS box located in your Salient Options panel (Make Sure there are no red cross in the Box) :

    div#header-outer {
    position: absolute !important;
}

    It doesn't stick.. it keeps moving while scrolling

    Hey Again,

    I am afraid without a live url i cant do much since there are a number of possible Theme Options configuration  that you have set and which i dont. 

    Try Exporting the Theme Options Settings so i can add in my localhost and check .
