    On this website which we made the 3rd slide is a video slide.

    This slide is visible on chrome but NOT Safari even though we have all the proper formats in the slider (webm, ogv, mp4).

    My developers cannot resolve the problem after weeks of experiments and have asked that I contact support for assistance.

    Please help as this is a big problem for our marketing needs.

    Your Video Links dont seem to be correct . Please add full links for all 3 formats :

    Hello. 

    Thanks for the response below. We have made sure that we have all 3 links in the nectar slider corrected but it is still not displaying the mp4 video format on safari per attached screenshot.

    Please re-review this ticket.

    This seems like a bug and other users seem to be reporting it too. 

    Have notified the Developer so this can be looked into for upcoming updates.
