    Hello,

I want to use the option "Disable row" in Visual Composer. By activating the checkbox in the backend the row turns a bit lighter. But this has no effekt in the frontend. The content is shown as before an there is no "display:none" or extra class to disable the content.

The Salient Version is 7.5.02 an the WP version is 4.6

    @vicken1 ,

Please update to Salient Theme Version 8.0.16 and Salient VC 5.0.11.

If you're upgrading from Salient VC 4.9.2 earlier, you'll need to delete the plugin from your plugins section in the WordPress admin panel before installing the current version in Appearance > Install Plugins - This is necessary due to a bug in the Salient VC 4.9.2 which prevents regular updating.

To get a list of Bug Fixes and new Feature addons in the Latest Theme update,  the changelog can be viewed here : http://themenectar.com/changelogs/salient.html .

Update the theme by following this guide: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/ .

    Best.

    Fixed.

Thank you Tahir for quick reply.

I had the new Theme but an older VC. Deleted the old VC plugin and installed the new one. Problem fixed. Now I can disable a row without having to delete it....

Tahir - Wanted to report unrelated issue but was unable to create a new thread. This one relates to lightbox, the Salient theme, and a 3rd party image gallery "NexGen".

Using latest Salient Theme w/NextGen image gallery. There are some issues with lightbox triggers.

There are two (2) lightboxs. One that comes w/theme and another that comes w/NextGen. I want to disable the theme's lightbox and enable NextGen gallery lightbox. When I do this, and when I click on an image, the image opens on a new page (no lightbox). Then I need to hit the "back space" key and the page goes tack the WP with the NextGen lightbox open.

I think what is happening is theme is triggering to open the image in a new page before the NExtGen lightbox gets triggered.

I tried all different permutations w/out success. Disabled theme enabled NextGen, disabled both, enabled both...

I have already reported this issue to NextGen. They said that issue points to be Salient Theme related since things work fine w/WP default Twentyseventeen theme.

Tahir - Never mind about lightbox Salient and NextGen issue. It seems to be working fine w/the latest theme update.

    Thanks....

Hi I am having this same issue (disable row feature does not work) with Salient v8.5.3 and Salient VC 5.2.4. How can I fix this issue? I only just installed the theme.

I'll also open a ticket, but just to say I'm also having same issue.  I just tried upgraded theme, plugin, and WP platform to: Salient 8.5.3, Salient VC 5.2.4, and WP 4.9

My issue is with disabling a nested row...
