In mobile view, the header is displaced. it goes to the right spot once you scroll, but when you initially visit a page, it's not in the right position. (See attached image.) How can I correct this?
I disabled all plug-ins and the problem persisted. I did discover something however: turning off the secondary navigation in the header fixed the problem. It worked with plug-ins turned on and with them turned off. So, I don't think a plug-in is the issue. Could the secondary nav be causing the main nav to be displaced in mobile?

I'm seeing something conflict with the menu on your site.
There is some code on your site that's pushing the menu down there.
Try disabling your non-bundled plugins one by one to see which is causing the issue.

You seem to have custom css thats hiding the Secondary Header on Mobile which is causing the gap :
