I cant seem to see any of the Behaviours you have mentioned. Could you please check again and confirm since i have installed the W3Total Cache Plugin now.
Just removed the Errors. This proves that you are using a Shared Hosting and one of the other users is consuming the server quite highly therefore you tend to get those errors.
Please switch to a Premium Hosting Provider . Also since you are the only one that seems to be having the issue i cant think of any other reason other than than hosting .

What browser are you using to edit the Site ?. Have you tried another Browser in Incognito mode or another Computer ?.

I tried different computers yes. i use google chrome. Did not try incongnito
Try Using Firefox in incognito mode.
