I recently added some new items to my portfolio and I noticed that when I published them on my Portfolio page that it had caused the aspect ratio of the featured image thumbnails to become slightly squashed - it's only minor, but noticeable to me. I have tried to re-upload the images used as the feature image but the same happens. It was adding the 'Footy Addicts' portfolio item which originally caused the issue.
I have installed this plugin and activated but doesn't seem to make a difference, it's still not displaying the thumbnails correctly - the aspect ratio is still wrong and the thumbnails are being squashed - what else would be causing this?
Hey Again,
Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
Thanks
It seems that the images you are using are of HD ratio and since the Portfolio Thumbs dont support it you will have to use the Custom Thumbnail Option instead of the Featured Image Metabox :
