From the screenshots you have provided, have you added an element into the sidebar section as the current screenshot provided does not show any elements within this area.
You message was not that clear. We cannot really tell if you are okay and if this issue has been fixed.
If not could we have temporary admin access we take a look that the widgets added to the page sidebar under appearance \ widgets and set them working \ showing on your homepage's left sidebar.
Apologize for the vagueness - it seems that the sidebar wasn't able to be viewed by "preview changes" but instead needed to be updated to the page, then cache needed to be cleared and the page reloaded.
So it may be a hosting issue rather than a SALIENT issue.

On the page editor I'm selecting the sidebar or side-bar left template option but when I go to update or preview changes there is implementation.
I'm not getting any console conflicts, and I deactivated all plugins and still no luck.
Any ideas?

Thanks for getting back to me! I have added elements within the appearance>widgets for all possible options (blog, page, woocommerce)
