    Hello,

    I hope you can help me. 

    One of my sites http://www.cambrianchipperhire.co.uk/ is experiencing a few difficulties. 

    I've attached a screenshot to show you what I mean. 

    The issues are: 

    1. On a desktop the nectar slider doesn't show any content only a black area (same on a mobile but without the blue arrows as shown in the attached image)

    2. On desktop there's the burger menu thing showing up (again highlighted in the attached image)

    3. On mobile the burger menu left aligns - right behind the logo so when you try to use it the logo keeps sending you back to the home page.

    Also, I've cleared the browser cache just in case it was me :)

    Unfortunately that didn't work.

    You still seem to be on VC version 4.11. Please update to 4.12.1 . See VC update instructions in here: https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/5182/

    Hey Tahir,

    Thank you for the quick reply. 

    I've updated VC to the latest version, but I'm still having the same issues.

    Could you please go through this checklist quickly so we can rule out common issues https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/5032/ .
    Also you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.

    Hey Again,

    Sorry for the Delay, I cant seem to view any of the issues you mentioned earlier on Chrome Win7 ?. 

    Have you tried in Another Browser or Another computer ?.  Also try adding in a Caching Plugin like W3Total Cache.

    Hey Tahir,

    It's really strange because when I'm logged in it looks fine. No problem at all. 

    But when I looked at the site as a customer (on Chrome, FireFox etc) the site looked like the screenshot I sent you. 

    I just asked the hosting company to clear the server cache and that seems to have worked!
