    Hello, is there a way to fix the prettyphoto https vimeo / youtube spinner bug, other than editing prettyPhoto.js?

    movie = 'http://player.vimeo.com/video/'+ match[3] +'?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0';

    This should https by default or sense what the website is running on and switch between http and https as needed.

    The thing is everytime I update the Salient theme I lose this manual change and it's annoying.

    Hey ,

    Yes this is a know bug regarding prettyphoto . We have also had reports of Prettyphoto not loading videos on Mobile . 

    We'd suggest using Magnific Lightbox instead till we release an Update with the Prettyphoto fix.
