Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url. Just made the Ticket Private .
Could you please remove the Featured image and then scale it down and upload again . I believe since your image is really big that is 4000 pixel wide , Wordpress is not creating a Thumbnail .
Please use the following plugin to force the regeneration of the image thumbnails and then test to see if you are still experiencing ratio discrepancies
The image sizes are a bit different in the ratio i.e. some are tall some are wide but the masonry grid layout does not good job on setting them up properly on the page.
There is a setting that could help with this to make sure the aspect ratio is kept through the masonry grid. Edit your posts and set the masonry item sizing under post configuration to regular alt from the regular default option.
That should give you better looking images. We could have done this for you but the login does not work. Hope this helps.
Hi ;-)
since yesterday the ratio of the Article Preview is wrong and squeezed - please have a look at the attachment.
for example:
http://www.kaersch.de/hochzeitsfotograf/hochzeitsmagazin-journal/
http://www.kaersch.de/hochzeitsfotograf/diepeschrather-muehle-hochzeit/ (at the bottom)
What can i do to have the "normal" ratio? Is that a bug?
thank you
Torsten
Hey Torsten,
Could you please install this plugin and check if that resolves it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-responsive-images/ .
Thanks

Hi Tahir,
i´ve installed this plugin and flushed the cache.
Nothing changed - still the wrong ratio.
Torsten
Hey Again,
The size of your Images arent correct.
Try using the Regenerate Thumbnails Plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ to create the correct sizes.
Thanks

Torsten
