I have added in a row of text (heading and intro) for our blog page, but this doesn't display when live.
I have also tried adding the text in the page header settings (Page Header Title and Page Header Subtitle) but i don't have any control over the style or layout of the text.
Is there a solution to this?
Idealy, we would like the row of raw text to display as shown in the attachment
That works but now I have the sidebar showing, even if I go back into >Salient >blog and select 'masonry blog fullwidth' is still shows, any ideas to hide the sidebar on the blog front page? I still want the side bar to show on a blog post though

Hey Daniel,
You have to De-select the Posts Page in Settings -> Reading Menu to have the Blog Page inherit the Elements you have added via Visual Composer.
Thanks
