Loco Translate has been updated to version 2 and therefore the tutorial became obsolete, as everything has changed in the version 2. I think you need to update the tutorial to the new version.
By the way, used PoEdit to translate the strings and I think I can share them with the world, to make it a bettter place. Thanks for giving really good hints.
Using Legacy version is a very bad and naughty practice ;) No future support + all the unfixed bugs might start crawling in your site :) I bet you know all that stuff :)

You can still switch it to the Legacy Version
in Plugin Settings . Thanks for sharing the .po file.

You can switch it to configure the .po file and then convert and use the new Interface
. Though a .pot will be provided in upcoming Theme updates.
