I found something very strange. I installed the Business demo and navigated to the About page. Below the 6 employee images there is a row with the text, "WE BUILD LASTING RELATIONSHIPS" beneath that is says," The Brands We Serve" Then there is a small divider line, then a Testimonial Carousel.
The strange thing is that when I attempt to edit this page using Visual Composer, the testimonial element does not appear anywhere in any row within the edit canvas. If I toggle to "Classic Mode" I can see the testimonial short code, but when I toggle back to Visual Composer, the element just isn't there! I see the row that contains "WE BUILD LASTING RELATIONSHIPS", and beneath it "The Brands We Serve", and beneath that the small divider line. But no testimonials.
Same thing is the case on the home page... cannot edit testimonials. Weird. What's the deal?
I hope you are having an awesome day and thanks for contacting us regarding your query.
Kindly provide us with some temporary admin access to your site. We'll be in a better position to spot anything suspicious from here.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here. You can navigate here for more details; https://make.wordpress.org/support/user-manual/customizing-wordpress/managing-users-on-your-wordpress-site/adding-users-to-your-wordpress-site/.
Unfortunately I can't enable access because this is a development instance on a local machine. But attached is a screen shot of what I am talking about using the Home page example.
Update... I tried adding a slider element by adding a new row and the element did not appear. However, the same "+" appeared off center as in the screenshot I provided earlier. Another interesting observation... I noticed within Visual Composers' element selector, you've spelled Testimonial as "Testiomonial". Not sure if that's the driving reason behind this somehow....

Same thing happening with Carousel, Icon List And Toggle Panels. I deleted the VC plugin and installed newest version. No improvement.
Hey Again,
Please check your VC Settings.
Also go through this checklist quickly so we can rule out common issues https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/5032/ .
Best.

I went through the checklist.
I'm stumped. It's on a local machine so can't give you access. I could send you copies of the dbase & site export?
Could you put it live on a test domain. Have had several users resolve such issue by putting it online.
Try repairing your database by following this:

loaded to test domain and resolved.
