    I have Off Canvas menu.

    Firstly, it has only two items. In other submenus it has more. The deeper you go, the bigger the menu gets.

    The issue is with cantering from top. The distance from top gets locked in one position, therefore the menu does not look good, when more menu items come into play.

    How can I center the menu on every submenu click?

    If thats the Case we would suggest you use the Slide out from Right Menu option .

    That menu does not look good. Full screen one is the one we want. Is there any way we could enhance the menu with CSS?

    Yes its possible with custom css.

    This might help write up Custom CSS: https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/203105957-Customizing-your-theme-with-Firebug . You can  use Chrome Dev Tools as well.
